Hi! I Love You!

Hi! My name is Rover, and I may be the luckiest dog alive. You see, I love to travel, and so does Tom (my human companion). This is lucky, because Tom has a sort of den-on-wheels that we take with us to all sorts of interesting places. We’ve been doing this for a few months, so let me catch you up on a little history.

First of all, a few words about our den. It’s not very big, but we both have our own beds. My bed has a window where I can sit and watch everything happening outside. Squirrel theater! It also has places for us to eat, and lots of places for Tom to store his stuff. I don’t know what most of the stuff does, but Tom seems to think it’s important.

And best of all, it’s got wheels! Whenever we go to a new place, Tom hooks our den to the back of his truck and off we go! I have a place between the two front seats where I can lean and watch out the front window. It’s really fun watching everything go by. Sometimes Tom stops, and I have to whine until he starts moving again.

That pretty well sums up how we’ve been moving around. Next time I’ll tell you the story about when we started out. Tom wasn’t quite so good at moving then as he is now.
